Fox News Channel impresario Glenn Beck has finally gone a bridge too far in attacking global warming. I would like to inform GB that humanity cannot put an unlimited amount of gaseous emissions into our roughly 90 mile high atmosphere without serious negative consequences. Ninety miles GB. That is about from New York City to Philadelphia (81 miles). I hope that puts it in perspective for you. Just think of all those emissions from power plants and vehicles pumping it 24/7/365. I ask you: do you think we can pump that thin layer of atmosphere with an unlimited amount of gases without significantly altering the climate? Now go ahead and crack a joke.But it aint funny to asthmatic children and elderly with breathing trouble. Global warming cooks up a hotter and more toxic smog.
